When you see "Unknown Company" where your company name should be, it means that there is a connection problem:
To resolve this problem, go to Settings > Connections.
In case of Xero, click on Reset Connection and follow the prompts.
In case of QBO, click on Disconnect QuickBooks and follow the prompts to re-connect.
