When you see "Unknown Company" where your company name should be, it means that there is a connection problem:
To resolve this problem, go to Settings > Connections.
In case of Xero, click on Reset Connection and follow the prompts.
In case of QuickBooks Online, click on Disconnect QuickBooks and follow the prompts to re-connect.
The main cause of this error is that another A2X account has been connected to the accounting system without sharing the connection with this one showing "Unknown Company". To find out how to fix this problem and share the connection to your accounting system, see article:
