Missing Amazon settlements in A2X usually happen because the reports are archived in Seller Central or are in an older file format. Un-archiving the reports and verifying your file version will get your data flowing into A2X again.
Un-archive your Amazon settlement reports
Amazon archives older settlement reports after a certain period, which prevents A2X from importing them via the API. You must manually un-archive these reports in Seller Central before A2X can access them.
Log in to Amazon Seller Central and navigate to Payments > Payments > All Statements
Note: If your Amazon account has both Standard Orders and Invoiced Orders, you will need to repeat these steps for both tabs.
2. Locate the missing settlement in the list
3. Click the Request Report button next to the settlement. Once available, you should see a Download button beside that settlement.
Note: Wait a few seconds for the file to un-archive, confirmed when the Download flat file V2 button appears. If it takes more than a few hours, contact Amazon Seller Central support.
4. Once available, you should see a Download button beside that settlement(s). Open your A2X account and navigate to Settings > History.
5. Request your settlement history to import the newly un-archived data into A2X

If you have un-archived your reports and verified your file format, but settlements are still missing, it can take a few hours for A2X to fetch the historical data

Can A2X process older V1 settlement files A2X can convert some V1 settlements, but the V2 format is highly recommended for accuracy and reliability. Amazon officially stopped supporting the V1 format in March 2022.
