How to subscribe your A2X account and choose a subscription plan

Subscribing your A2X account

Ready to subscribe to A2X?

When you are ready to subscribe your first A2X account to a paid plan, start by clicking on your profile to access your Billing and Subscription settings.

Step 1:

***If your account has a different view, please contact our Customer Success Team via contact@a2xaccounting.com or the chat icon in A2X.

Enter your payment information on your Billing page and save your payment information. You'll be able to edit your payment information at any time by clicking on the 'Update' link:

Step 2:

Once your payment information is saved, you are ready to pick the account(s) you would like to upgrade. Please go to your Subscription settings and view your A2X accounts.

Click on the 'Choose Plan' and you will be redirected to our subscriptions page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Note: For multichannel sellers, click on the A2X Multi plans button there

The last step is to confirm your payment method and click on the blue "Get Started" button.

For users who subscribed to a Multi Plan, please link your additional A2X accounts to the paid plan by going to your Subscriptions page, and choosing the 'Link Accounts' button next to your upgraded account.

Then, link your additional A2X accounts to your new multi-plan.

To to unlink a plan

Go back to your Subscriptions page and click on the white 'Unlink from plan' button.

The parent and child accounts can be reviewed here before clicking on "unlink account"

Then, confirm the unlinking by choosing "Yes, unlink". This will bring the account status of the unlinked account back to trial mode.
