This article is for A2X subscribers who are already on a paid plan. To upgrade or downgrade your existing subscription plan, please follow the steps below.
Start by clicking on your user icon in A2X, then click on Subscriptions:
If your account has a different view, please contact support at contact@a2xaccounting.com or via the chat icon in A2X for assistance.
Next, click the Edit Plan button:
This will redirect you to the Pricing Plans page. Click the Add to my own bill button to select your plan.
Note: If you need to upgrade from a single plan to a multi-plan, click the Multi-plans button.
Next, verify your payment information and click the blue button to confirm your changes.
How to link other A2X accounts to your multi-plan
Click the Yes, link button that appears after upgrading:
Or go directly to your Subscriptions page and click the Link Accounts button:
In the sub-accounts section, click the 'Select account to link' drop-down and select your other A2X account(s). To finalize the linking, click the Save button.
Important Note: You will need to be a user in the other account(s) for them to appear.
How to unlink link an A2X account from your multi-plan
Go to your Subscriptions page and click the Unlink from plan button for the account you wish to unlink:
Review the parent and sub-account, then click the Unlink account button to proceed:
To finalize, click the Yes, unlink button. This will bring the status of the unlinked account back to trial mode.
