How to subscribe your A2X account

Subscribing your A2X account

Ready to subscribe to A2X?

If you're looking for more information about which A2X subscription plan is the best fit for your business, go to our Pricing page and watch the video below.

When you are ready to subscribe your A2X account to a paid plan -

Step 1:

Click on your user icon in A2X and go to your Billing page:


***If your account has a different view, please contact our Customer Success Team via contact@a2xaccounting.com or the chat icon in A2X.


Enter your payment details on your Billing page and click the blue Add payment information button:

You can edit your payment information anytime by clicking on the Update link on your Billing page:



Step 2:

Once your payment information is saved, you are ready to pick the account(s) you would like to subscribe.

Please go to your Subscriptions page and click on the green Choose Plan button for the desired account:


You will be redirected to our plans page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

For multi-channel sellers, click on the Multi-plans button:



Step 3:

Confirm your payment method and click on the blue Get Started button.

If you have subscribed to a multi-plan, you can link your additional A2X account(s) to the plan in the next window that appears:

OR go to your Subscriptions page and click the Link Accounts button for the account holding the multi-plan:

Then link your additional A2X account(s) to your multi-plan:



To Unlink a Plan

Go to your Subscriptions page and click on the Unlink from plan button:

Review the parent and sub-accounts, then click the red Unlink account button:

Click Yes, unlink to finalize. This will bring the status of the unlinked account back to trial mode.
