If a settlement requires additional information to complete, such as country, currency or tax data - then A2X will detect if this data is missing and place the settlement on hold.
When on hold a settlement will look like this, notice the red 'on hold' marker:
An on hold settlement will not post automatically to your accounting system, and when you review it you will see more information about the hold:
You can refresh the settlement yourself to check if the data is now available.
When the required information becomes available the settlement will be updated and no longer held. If for some reason the data is incomplete the settlement may remain on hold - please contact A2X support if the settlement is still on hold after 24 hours.
