Congratulations! You have opened your first A2X trial account.
You are now ready to connect to your Shopify Store.
Option 1: Connect using the Shopify store name
Select the 'I have access' option and click Connect:
Important note: You must be a Shopify user with full store permissions, otherwise Shopify will fail to connect. Please see this article HERE for more information on Shopify user permissions.
Connect to Shopify by clicking the 'Install' button:
This will take you to the Shopify app store, specifically the account you were last accessing.
Make sure you are in the right Shopify store to which you want to connect. To check click on the top right corner store icon.
In the drop-down, you will either see the correct store name, OR if you're in the wrong store, you can click 'switch stores'.
Clicking 'Switch stores' will display a pop-up of the stores you have access to. Make sure you select the store you want to connect to:
Once you are in the correct store, you can click the 'Install' button, which will take you the install app page. please continue by clicking the final install button:
Once the connection is completed, you'll be redirected back to A2X and your first payouts will begin to import into A2X - this process usually takes 10-20 minutes, and for larger Shopify stores, can take several hours to complete.
Option 1: Send a request to the Shopify store owner
Select the 'I need to request access' option and click Connect:
Next, enter the Shopify store owner's name and e-mail in the designated fields and click 'Send request to connect':
Important note: This must be the Shopify store owner (or a Shopify user with full store permissions), otherwise Shopify will fail to connect. Please see this article HERE for more information on Shopify user permissions.
The owner of the Shopify store will receive an e-mail and should click 'Continue to connect' in the email:
They will be redirected to the Shopify store and asked to login and grant A2X permission to connect. They must grant this permission in order to use A2X for Shopify:
Once the connection is completed, the first payouts will begin to import into A2X. The process usually takes 10-20 minutes and for larger Shopify stores, it can take several hours to complete. Once the permission is granted, you'll be redirected back to A2X and your first payouts.
