When you first connect A2X for PayPal, we automatically generate daily statements for the previous seven days. If you need older data to reconcile past payouts, you can easily request up to six months of historical statements directly within your account.
How to request historical statements
Navigate to Settings > History in your A2X dashboard
Click the button to request your historical data
3. Wait a few hours for A2X to fully load all requested history
Note: A2X will fetch historical statements for the previous six months.
Troubleshooting
Statements are taking a long time to load It is normal for historical data to take a few hours to generate. If the expected historical statements have not loaded after 24 hours, our support team is ready to help you fix it. Please reach out so we can get you back on track.
