After connecting your A2X to Amazon, it can take 3-12 hours for settlements to appear in your account. &nbsp;

After your initial setup, A2X will check your Amazon account for new settlement files every day. As soon as Amazon releases the new settlements, they will be imported to A2X. &nbsp;

If you have a new settlement file in Seller Central that is not appearing in A2X after two (2) days, and you have confirmed none of the issues mentioned <a href="https://support.a2xaccounting.com/faqs/general-use-and-operations/why-are-some-of-my-settlement-files-missing">HERE</a> apply, then there could be a problem with the Amazon connection.
