Congratulations! You have opened an A2X for eBay account.
You are now ready to connect to your eBay Seller Hub. A2X needs access to your eBay Seller Hub to import your managed payment data.
1. If you have access to the eBay Seller Hub than you can connect using the 'I have access' option in 'Step 2':
*Please note - "I have access' is by default selected. If you are not the owner of the eBay account and would like your client to make the connection, as you do not have the eBay login details, go to 'Request access to eBay Seller account'.
2. If you are not the owner of the eBay Seller account that you wish to connect to, then you can choose the second option here to request access to that account.
Then, you can enter the client's name and e-mail in the designated fields, as well as see the preview of the message that will be sent to the client.
When you hit the 'Send Request to Connect' button, the owner of the seller account will receive an email and instructions on how to complete this step.
3. Sign in to eBay Seller Hub
4. Grant application access by clicking 'I agree'
Once you have entered all of this information and selected ‘connect’ it will take you to eBay to sign up and make the connection.
Once connected you'll be redirected back to A2X and your first payouts will begin to import into A2X. The process usually takes 10-20 minutes and for larger eBay Accounts, it can take several hours to complete.
Once imported you should see the payouts listed, as shown below:
