A2X for Shopify is able to import up to 24 months of financial history by default. Upon special request, more historical data may be available. If you need more than 24 months, let our team know.

To initiate a history fetch, subscribe to a plan and request history in Settings > History.

​How long does it take?
​This depends on how many orders per month you sell in your shop. For example, under 1000 orders per month it will typically complete within a few hours, for more than 1000 orders, it can take over 12 hours, for very large stores with 10,000 monthly orders or more, please allow 1-2 days.
