A2X for TikTok Shop imports your TikTok Shop payouts and posts them to your accounting system in a way that makes it easy to reconcile your sales, fees, refunds, and shipping charges.

1. Create a new A2X for TikTok Shop account
Go to the TikTok Shop signup page to create your account.
If you already have an existing A2X account for another channel, you will be asked to confirm that you want to create a new account - choose Continue with New Account.
If you are an accountant or bookkeeper setting this up on behalf of your client, you can invite them to connect their TikTok Shop account without needing direct access yourself. Find out how here.
2. Connect to your accounting system
Click the Connect button for your accounting system - Xero, QBO, NetSuite or Sage - and follow the steps to grant A2X permission. You will be redirected to your accounting system and then back to A2X once the connection is complete.
Note: If you are connecting A2X for TikTok Shop to the same accounting system you already use for another A2X channel, choose to share the existing connection rather than create a new one.
3. Connect to your TikTok Shop account
Once your A2X account is created, you will be prompted to connect to your TikTok Shop. Click Connect and follow the steps to authorise A2X to access your TikTok Shop data.
Once connected, A2X will begin importing up to 12 months of TikTok Shop settlement history, depending on your plan level. This usually takes 10 to 20 minutes, though it can take longer for larger accounts. Once imported, you should see them similar to the list below.
4. Set up your Accounts and Taxes
Before you post any payouts, you will need to configure how A2X maps your TikTok Shop transactions into your accounting system. You can do this on the Accounts and Taxes page.
A2X includes an assisted setup option that will guide you through the configuration based on your country and VAT or tax registration status. We recommend working through this with your accountant to make sure the mapping is right for your business.

5. Send your first payout
Once your account is connected and configured, you will see your TikTok Shop payouts listed in A2X. Click Post to Xero to post a payout to your accounting system.
Once posted, you will be able to match the payout in your accounting system to the corresponding bank deposit - just like reconciling any other payment.
