Enabling A2X for Shopify B2B
To get started:
Go to Settings > A2X B2B in your A2X account.
Select the 'Enable' radio button under Enable B2B Invoice.
When prompted, reconnect your Shopify store to A2X.
You’ll be asked to approve updated access permissions.
This ensures A2X can read customer data and edit orders to support B2B functionality.
Choosing Your Asset Account
After reconnecting Shopify:
From the Asset Account dropdown, select the general ledger asset account that will be used as the contra asset account for B2B orders.
👉 We recommend creating a dedicated asset account named "A2X B2B Contra Account" or "A2X B2B Receivables for this purpose.

Click the 'Enable' radio button under Enable Payment Sync.
