The A2X for PayPal home page displays the PayPal bank balance for all currencies with non-zero balances. These balances are shown for:
The last day of the previous month.
The most recently processed day of the current month.
This information helps you confirm that the PayPal bank balance has been reconciled for all currencies with your accounting ledger.
These ending bank balances should be cross-referenced to the PayPal account statement (found in your PayPal portal login).
If the balances do not match, please check the time zone setting of the PayPal data by going to Settings > PayPal
The time zone nominated here must match the same time zone that has been set in your PayPal account. If the time zone set in A2X is different than the time zone set in PayPal, the bank balances (and daily statements) will not match.
If the time zones do not match, please drop down the applicable list and choose the correct time zone. Then click to save.
