Customers must have a store account to access store credit, which can be applied during checkout from the store backend.

When making a purchase, customers will have the option to use store credit as a payment method.

Once a transaction is completed using store credit in Shopify, the data seamlessly flows into A2X, providing users with a clear overview of their financial transactions.

Store credit transactions are accurately displayed in the payouts table and review sections of A2X.

Users can easily categorize store credit transactions under "Gateway Transactions" in the mapping page, streamlining the accounting process.

The A2X finance summary report accurately reflects store credit transactions, ensuring consistency with Shopify data.
