A recent change released by Shopify on or around 18 January has impacted the presentation of Shopify Installment payments on the right hand side of the Shopify Finance Report.

Prior  to January2024, all payments made by Shopify to merchants for Shopify Installment sales were presented as their own payment section, as displayed below:<br>​  

From mid January 2024 Shopify installment payments are now grouped with Shopify payments, with the exception of Shopify Installment refunds, which are still presented in the Shopify Installments row, as displayed below:<br>​

Please note Installment payments are still included in the Shopify Finances summary, but are now included within the Shopify Payments figure.

A2X recognizes that it is important to understand the individual grouping of Shopify payments and Installments, and as a result A2X will show a combined total for Shopify Payments and Installments, with an indented sub total to show the value of each sub category of payments, as shown below:
