eBay sellers can use the On-Demand payment feature to withdraw available funds before their next scheduled payout. A2X tracks these withdrawals, but they only reflect the cash transfer, not the underlying sales or fees.
How On-Demand payouts work in A2X
When you initiate an On-Demand payout on eBay, A2X detects the withdrawal and generates a payout entry. These entries appear in your Payouts list alongside your regular scheduled payouts.
Note: On-Demand payout entries in A2X only represent the "Withdrawal" of funds and the associated fee. They do not contain your sales, or taxes. Because eBay does not provide this granular data for On-Demand transactions.
Troubleshooting
Missing transaction details: If you open an On-Demand payout and don't see your sales or taxes, this is expected behavior because eBay does not send A2X the underlying data for these specific withdrawals
Payout not appearing: If a recent withdrawal isn't visible, click Settings > History and trigger a new fetch to refresh your data from eBay
FAQs
Will A2X ever import the sales and fees for On-Demand payouts? No. eBay does not include the granular sales and taxes data for On-Demand withdrawals in the data we receive, so it will never come into A2X.
What if I only use On-Demand payouts? If you rely solely on On-Demand payouts, A2X will only track your bank deposits and a fee. You’re welcome to use it with this caveat.
