I'm requesting access to an Etsy Seller account
‘I’m the owner of an Etsy Seller account’.
If you aren’t already signed into your Etsy account it will take you to the sign in page.
Then you will be linked to the page below where you will need to click ‘Allow Access’ for A2X to connect with your Etsy account and begin fetching over your deposit data.
After clicking ‘Allow Access’ you will be taken back to your A2X account and your main A2X admin dashboard will show a green tick to show Etsy has been connected.
If you are not the owner of the Etsy Seller account then you can use the ‘I’m requesting access to an Etsy seller account’.
This connection option can be used for accountants and bookkeepers who are requesting access to their client's Etsy account.
You will need to type in the name of who you are contacting and their email address to request access.
The seller will receive the request to authorize the Etsy account connection through their email. They will need to click ‘continue to connect’ and the window below will open, where they will need to click ‘connect to Etsy’.
This will take the seller to a separate window where they will need to click ‘Allow Access’ for their Etsy account to successfully connect to A2X.
You will be taken back to your A2X account and your main A2X admin dashboard will show a green tick to show Etsy has been connected.
