Congratulations! You have started with your A2X for Etsy trial account.

You are ready to connect to your Etsy Marketplace by clicking on Step 2: Connect Etsy. If you are in your Settings page you can also connect to Etsy by going to Settings > Connections and clicking 'Connect to Etsy'.

There are two options available to connect A2X to your Etsy account:

OPTION 1: ‘I have access'.

Choose this option if you are store owner, and click on ' Connect'.
If you aren’t already signed into your Etsy account it will take you to the sign-in page.

You will then be taken to the page below where you will need to click ‘Allow Access’ for A2X to connect with your Etsy account and begin fetching over your deposit data.

After clicking ‘Allow Access’ you will be taken back to your A2X account and your main A2X admin dashboard will show a green tick to show Etsy has been connected.

OPTION 2: I need to request access

If you are not the owner of the Etsy Seller account then you can use the ‘I need to request access’. This connection option can be used for accountants and bookkeepers who are requesting access to their client's Etsy account.

You will need to type in the name of who you are contacting and their email address to request access.

The seller will receive the request to authorize the Etsy account connection through their email. They will need to click ‘Continue to connect’

The following window will open, where the seller will need to click ‘connect to Etsy’.

This will take the seller to a separate window where they will need to click ‘Allow Access’ for their Etsy account to successfully connect to A2X.

You will be taken back to your A2X account and your main A2X admin dashboard will show a green tick to show Etsy has been connected.
