Once you have connected to eBay Seller Hub and your accounting software, then configured your accounts and tax mappings, you're ready to review your payout and send it through to your accounting system. eBay Managed Payments payouts appear in your A2X account and can be seen either from your Home tab:

Or from the Payouts page:

Each payout can be reviewed by clicking into the date range of the payout.

Alternatively you can click into the ellipses and select "review" from the dropdown list.

Click on the little arrow to show invoice details:

Review your accounts and tax rates and then send them to your accounting:

In QuickBooks Online, the transaction shows up as a journal entry in the Bank register, where it can then be reconciled against the deposit.

In Xero, the transaction shows up as a Draft Invoice, or a Draft Bill if it is negative, where it can be approved and then matched to the eBay deposit.
