How to test sending an invoice to Xero or QuickBooks Online

The Shopify payouts that A2X imports into your account can be viewed either from the Home tab or the Payouts tab.

Each payout can be reviewed by clicking into the date range of the payout.


Alternatively you can click into the ellipses and select "review" from the dropdown list.

When the payout opens, click on the little arrow to show invoice details:

You can review your accounts and tax rates and then send the invoice to your accounting system:

In QuickBooks Online, A2X posts the payout data as a journal entry.
​
In Xero, the payout data is entered as a Draft Invoice, or a Draft Bill if it is negative.
​

In Sage, the payout data is posted as a Sales invoice, or a Purchase Invoice if it is negative.
