Issue Summary:
Orders paid via Shopify Payments (using PayPal Wallet) show as "Money will be added in your payout" within Shopify.
Despite this, the funds are never included in the expected Shopify payout.
Shopify incorrectly includes these PayPal wallet amounts in the Finance summary totals, even though they haven't been added to Shopify payment payouts.
How Does This Impact Your A2X Reports?
A2X reporting is accurate: A2X matches and records amounts based on actual Shopify payment payouts received. Since these PayPal wallet transactions never appear in your Shopify payment payouts, A2X does not (and cannot) include them.
Shopify Finance summary totals may appear higher: Shopify Finance summary is showing totals that incorrectly include these PayPal wallet transactions.
