An important month end step when reconciling PayPal is matching the ending balance, by currency from PayPal to the balance in the Accounting ledger.
To access the monthly statement, please follow these steps.
Log on to PayPal
Click on Activity in the menu bar, then All Reports
Click on the Payments tab, then click on Statements - monthly and custom
Click on request for the desired format and month, and refresh your screen until this statement shows that it is ready to download. Download and view the statement.
