How to use the A2X Directory

The directory comes with features and processes designed to help you attract more ecommerce clients.

Match-me requests

You'll notice the ‘match me request’ feature on the directory. This is when ecommerce businesses ask A2X to match them with the right accountant or bookkeeper based on their needs. If the information we have about your practice matches a request, we'll assign the lead to you. You'll receive an email (check spam) with the lead's information. We ask that you respond to leads within 24 hours (1 business day). After 48 hours (2 business days), we'll reassign the lead to another partner if no action has been taken. This is to keep the process fair and to ensure potential clients are kept happy.

Contact requests

This is a feature that enables ecommerce businesses to reach out to you directly. Again, we ask that you try to respond in a timely manner.

How to respond?

From the email notification you receive when a request is made, please click 'Let A2X know you got this' to accept or decline the lead. If the lead isn't the right fit for your practice, declining the lead will allow us to reassign it.

We also ask that you continue to update the lead status in PartnerPage ('Contacted' then 'Secured' or 'Lost'), as this helps us ensure that the Directory is providing value to our partners and customers.

Optimize your listing

You can update your listing at any time. Make sure to keep it updated with videos, case studies, etc. The more activity on your listing, such as reviews and contact requests, the higher you'll rank!

Website

  • Add the URL to your website.

About

  • Tell ecommerce businesses about your company, your expertise, and the way you work with clients.

Media

  • Upload images to catch your visitor's attention. We recommend uploading JPGs or PNGs. There are six media spaces available. Make sure you use all of them.

Videos

  • Add how-to's, webinars, and other videos you have produces. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work and expertise.

Client Logos

  • Share the client's logo you work with to build credibility.

Resources

  • A catch-all section where you can add URLs, JPGs, PNGs, and PDFs. These might be case studies, content pieces, blog posts, etc. There are six media spaces available - make sure you use all of them.

  • If you link to a Resource item using a URL, you can use a UTM link to traffic visitors from your directory profile.

Reviews

Showcase your happy clients by asking them to submit a review on your A2X listing. The A2X team accepts/denies these reviews before being published, so we'll reach out to you if, for any reason, you receive a negative review before publishing.
