What are A2X Notifications?
Notifications are designed to help you manage your A2X account(s). Notification Settings are set at a user level and can always be viewed in A2X and optionally via email.
There are two categories of Notifications:
Update - the 'Update' category are notifications that inform you about an update, for example when a settlement has been imported
Error - the 'Error' category are notifications that notify you of an error, for example, an invoice failed to post.
Setting up your Email Notifications
Email Notification Settings are set at a user level and are therefore accessed from the user menu. Please note that all your notifications will be displayed within A2X, this settings page is for email notifications only.
Click the “Notification Settings” option under the user menu and you will be redirected to the main notification settings page:

The Digest column has a menu, with the following three options: Daily, Weekly, & Disable. If you select 'Weekly', then every week, A2X will send an email summarizing all updates and errors for that account; the same applies to the 'Daily' option. If you select 'Disable', then A2X will not send any email.
The 'Updates' column has a menu with the following two options: Yes & No. If you select 'Yes', then A2X will send an email for every update. If you select 'No', A2X will not send an email.
The Errors column, has a menu with the following two options: Yes & No. If you select 'Yes', then A2X will send an email for every error. If you select 'No', A2X will not send an email.

The multi-select checkbox if selected, will allow you to update the notification settings for multiple accounts. If this box is selected you will be taken to this screen and you will be able to easily perform bulk updates.

The Notifications themselves are accessed via a bell icon in the header that looks like this:

The main notifications list where you can view all the latest notifications (please note, all notifications will show here however corresponding email notifications are set in the Notifications Settings)
The “load more” button, will allow you to load/view more notifications
By default, the notifications page shows all notifications for all accounts. In case you wish to see the notifications for a specific account, you can select them from that menu
The “view settings” button will redirect you to the Notification Settings page
The “bell” icon, which will navigate you to this page
