Then the authorized individual partner user needs:
to be linked to the partner ID.
the Partner Overview feature enabled.
How do I enable the Partner Overview?
The above must be actioned by A2X support. Please contact partners@a2xaccounting.com to have the Partner Overview enabled for your firm's authorized users.
Dashboard Tab: Partner insights to visualize key metrics
The Partner Insights Dashboard presents partners with an intuitive interface for visualizing vital key metrics, making it easy for you to detect accounts that need your attention. Click HERE to learn more about the dashboard and the key features within it.
Users Tab: Centralized User Information:
The Users tab serves as a centralized hub, providing a comprehensive overview of all users associated with your accounting firm. It acts as a reliable reference point for user-specific information, including names, login emails, firm billing roles, and team affiliations.
Limiting direct user management to authorized personnel helps maintain data integrity, privacy, and security. By adhering to a controlled request process, accounting firms can ensure that user access is granted or revoked in a secure and responsible manner, protecting sensitive information.
Accounts Tab: Informed Decision-Making
Our Accounts tab offers accounting firms a comprehensive platform to manage and track account details efficiently. With three distinct sections, this page provides valuable insights and functionalities tailored to optimize your partnership experience.
Here's a summary of each section:
Section 1: Partner-Tagged Accounts:
The first table displays a list of accounts tagged with the partner ID, offering a clear overview of key account details. It includes the account name, creation date, sales channel, accounting system connection, price plan, upgrade or downgrade indicators, linked subaccounts, payment method, and last posted date. By providing clickable links to view account level orders and settlements, this table enables easy access to specific account information, facilitating informed decision-making.
Navigating multi-plans
An icon depicting one person signifies the primary billing account within a multi-plan. This account holds a central role in the subscription arrangement. Icons illustrating two people represent linked sub-accounts associated with a primary billing account. These sub-accounts are linked to the primary account within the multi-plan structure.

Upgrade/Downgrade Scheduling
These tooltips provide valuable information about accounts scheduled for upgrades or downgrades based on order volumes. These tooltips offer contextual details to help partners quickly understand and anticipate changes in account subscription plans.

Orders Insights
In the rightmost column of the table, we've introduced clickable links to provide quick insights into the trajectory of their clients' order volumes and net payments originating from their respective sales channels.
Payouts & Settlements Monitoring
This feature provides partners with a comprehensive overview of payout statuses across multiple accounts, eliminating the need to log into each A2X account separately. The ability to swiftly identify unposted payouts or ascertain the status of payouts directly from the Partner Overview saves time and enhances operational efficiency.
Section 2: Partner-Tagged, Unassociated Accounts:
The second table presents accounts that are tagged with the partner ID but have no associated users from the partner firm. These accounts are likely inactive and can be easily identified for removal from the Partner Overview. The option to remove accounts directly from this table streamlines the cleanup process, ensuring an organized and up-to-date account list.
Section 3: Unpartnered Accounts with Firm Users:
The third table showcases accounts that have firm-associated users but are not yet tagged with the partner ID. This section allows firm users to tag these accounts with the appropriate partner ID, indicating their association with the respective firm. Additionally, in scenarios where another partner ID is already tagged, users can provide this information as supplementary details, fostering transparency and collaboration.
These are most likely to be accounts set up by the client, and the client has added partner users to the account. When 'None' is listed in the Current Partner ID column, firms can click 'Update' to link the account to their partner ID; however, if the account is already linked to another partner ID, please partners@a2xaccounting.com to have this updated.
Please note this does not impact the users on the account in anyway.
Price Plan Summaries Tab: Price Plan by Sales Channel Insights
The Price Plan Summaries tab groups partner accounts according to their sales channel types, including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Big Commerce.
Within each sales channel group, you'll find a table showcasing A2X subscription plan names and quantities. This table also includes trial accounts to subscribe.
This table displays each Amazon Plan, and the US dollar amount of this plan (before discount's) and the number of accounts on each plan.
This will repeat for all other sales channel accounts.
CSV Exports for Enhanced Insights
You have the option to export three types of CSV files: Users List, Accounts List, and Price Plans. The Accounts CSV, in particular, offers a wealth of insights not available in the current tables within the Accounts tab. This export includes essential details such as A2X account admins, users, and even the emails of billing admins for each subscribed account.
To Unlink an Account from Your Firm / Transfer an Account to a Client (or New Accountant)
If your firm is no longer managing an account, follow these steps to unlink the account from your firm and remove it from your Partner Overview:
If the client does NOT need to retain the account and your firm is the account admin:
Be sure to cancel the subscription plan if being paid by your firm.
The account admin will need to delete all other users from the account (under Settings > Users). If a Team is linked, the Team captain/admin will need to unlink the Team from the account (this can be done under Setting > Users or from the Teams page).
Once the account admin is the only user remaining, click on 'Closing Your Account' and click the red 'Close Account' button (under Settings > Users). Once closed, the account will no longer appear on your firm’s Partner Overview. Important note: Closing an account is permanent, and the account/data cannot be restored.
To transfer the account to the client (or new accountant) when your firm is the account admin:
Be sure to cancel the subscription plan if being paid by your firm.
Invite the client (or new accountant) as a user to the account, if not already (under Settings > Users). Once the client/new accountant is a user AND the plan under your firm has been cancelled (if applicable), they can subscribe the account to assume the billing.
The account admin will need to delete all other partner users from the account (under Settings > Users). If a Team is linked, the Team captain/admin will need to unlink the Team from the account (this can be done under Setting > Users or from the Teams page).
Reassign the account admin rights to the client (or new accountant).
The last remaining partner user can leave the account (under Settings > Users).
Once there are no partner users on the account, on the Partner Overview on the Accounts tab, click on the drop-down for ‘Accounts with your Partner ID but no active partner users’. Then click on 'remove' in the Current Partner ID column. Once the partner ID is removed, the account will no longer appear on your firm’s Partner Overview:
To transfer the account to the client when the client is already the account admin:

Each partner user will need to leave the account (under Settings > Users). If a Team is linked, the Team captain/admin will need to unlink the Team from the account (this can be done under Setting > Users or from the Teams page).
