How much settlement data will A2X load when I first sign up for A2X?
During your free trial, A2X will fetch 5–10 settlements from the connected Walmart Seller account, and you will have full access to three settlements - you can review, send, refresh, or export them to explore how A2X works.
When you subscribe your account, A2X will:
Unlock all settlements fetched into the account so far.
Automatically look for and fetch any additional settlements available in Walmart Seller Center.
If you need to import older settlement history, you can request more history from within A2X.
Your current plan dictates how much settlement history A2X will load:
Establish - 12 months
Accelerate - 24 months
Elevate and above - Maximum history available
You can check how much history A2X can fetch by reviewing your settlements in Walmart Seller Center. However, please note that the amount of history A2X can import depends on your A2X subscription plan.
To review your available settlements, go to Payments → Reports in Walmart Seller Center.
How does Auto-posting work?
Auto-posting begins from the date it’s enabled in A2X.
Any new settlements fetched after activation will be posted automatically to your accounting system.
Historical settlements (those fetched before enabling auto-posting) must be posted manually.
You can post these older settlements individually or in bulk, and decide whether to:
Send them to your accounting system, or
Skip those already entered before using A2X
How you handle these depends on your preferred reporting setup.
In some cases, it may be easier to remove older manual entries from your accounting system and replace them with A2X entries for a clean, consistent year.
There’s no single “right” approach - it depends on your reporting preferences and how you manage your client accounts.
What happens to the settlements fetched and posted while in trial mode?
Any Walmart settlements fetched into A2X and posted to your accounting system during your free trial will not be reposted.
Settlements already fetched into A2X won’t be reloaded.
Settlements already posted will be marked as 'Posted' in A2X, making them easy to identify.
A2X never auto-posts to your accounting system without your approval - you always stay in control.
