Reseting the A2X Integration for NetSuite

This article explains how to remove or reset the integration record for A2X in NetSuite. A common reason for doing this is if the employee which integration record is tied to is deactivated in NetSuite.

If the A2X Integration Setup page in NetSuite has credentials populated (similar to the screenshot below), then it has already been configured and cannot be edited (see article for initial setup details).

Find this page via Setup > A2X > Integration Setup

To remove this configuration and create a new configuration, follow these steps:

1. Update the A2X Integration Setup bundle

To make sure you have the latest version of the bundle installed, navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List

Locate the A2X Integration Setup bundle, and click Update.

Click Update Bundle

2. Delete the A2X Integration Config record

In the global search bar, type A2X Integration Config.

Select the result titled Page: A2X Integration Config

This should display a single record on the A2X Integration Config list page.

Click Edit for the single record.

On the A2X Integration Config record page, click Actions > Delete

⚠️ This will delete the existing integration between A2X and NetSuite

Any A2X accounts using this integration will no longer be connected to NetSuite

3. Disconnect the accounting connection in A2X

In A2X, go to Settings > Connections and click Disconnect for the NetSuite connection.

4. Set the integration up again

Complete Steps 3 and 4 of the Connecting to NetSuite article to generate new credentials in NetSuite and to reconnect NetSuite from A2X.
