A2X has recently detected high rates of problem settlement reports coming out of Amazon since around October 26th/27th 2018. It appears to be affecting only USA and Canada so far, but it could also affect other regions.
This level of double-checking by A2X adds credibility to what we do, and we have in these cases, detected an issue with the accounting data that could otherwise easily go unnoticed. In these cases there is an inconsistency within the Amazon data.

The issue is caused by data from Amazon that does not reconcile (it's inconsistent).
Amazon have confirmed that they will reissue the affected settlement and when A2X fetches it you will find it marked as a duplicate. To see if you have any settlements marked as duplicate you can select the 'Show Duplicates' option as shown:
