In October 2018 A2X detected high rates of problem settlement reports coming out of Amazon. It affected only USA and Canada marketplaces.
This level of double-checking by A2X adds credibility to what we do, and we have in these cases, detected an issue with the accounting data that could otherwise easily go unnoticed. In these cases there is an inconsistency within the Amazon data.

The issue is caused by data from Amazon that does not reconcile (it's inconsistent).
Amazon rectified the problem and reissued the affected settlements so that A2X could re-fetch them.
