If a settlement requires additional information to complete, such as country, currency, or tax data - then A2X will detect if this data is missing and place the settlement on hold.

When on hold, a settlement will look like this image below. Notice the red 'on hold' marker:

An on hold settlement will not post automatically to your accounting system, and when you review it, you will see more information about the hold:

Settlements automatically refresh periodically as new information (country, currency, or tax data) becomes available from Amazon.

You can also refresh the settlement yourself to check if the data is now available.

When the required information becomes available, the settlement will be updated and no longer held. If you have enabled auto-posting, these settlements will be automatically sent to your accounting system as long as they haven't been sent already.

If you use the COGS feature and have settlements on hold due to missing product types, these will need to be manually sent once the missing product types have been added. More info on setting up product types HERE.

If, for some reason, the data is incomplete, the settlement may remain on hold - please contact A2X support if the settlement is still on hold after 24 hours.
