A2X will check your Amazon account for new settlement files every day, as soon as it finds them they are imported to A2X. If you have a new settlement file in Seller Central that is not appearing in A2X after 2 days and you have confirmed none of the issues mentioned in the article titled 'Why are some of my settlement files missing?' apply, then there could be a problem with the Amazon connection and you should contact us.
