Orders will be dated in A2X according to the date of payment or the date a payment method was assigned.
For example, if an order is created on the 5th Aug but no payment transactions or method is assigned to that transaction until the 8th Aug, the order will be included in the daily summary for 8th Aug.
A2X is not impacted by the date the order is shipped.
For example, if any order is created and paid for on the 6th Aug but not shipped until 20th Aug, the transactions will still be included in the daily summary for 6th Aug.
Pending payments will be accounted for on the day the payment method is assigned.
For example, if a customer pays by cheque on the 7th Aug and the payment method of 'bank transfer' is assigned in BigCommerce on the 7th, the order will be included in the daily summary for 7th Aug against the pending payment line of 'bank transfer' regardless of what day the funds appear in your account.
