After connecting your A2X account to Etsy, it can take 3-12 hours for deposits to appear in your account.

After your initial setup, A2X will check your Etsy account for new deposit files every day. As soon as Etsy releases the new deposits, they will be imported to A2X.

If you have a new deposit file in Etsy that is not appearing in A2X after two (2) days then there could be a problem with the Etsy connection and you should <a href="mailto:contact@a2xaccounting.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">contact</a> our support team.
