A button labeled 'Sign in with Intuit' provides QuickBooks users with an option to use their Intuit account for signing in to A2X. Here is how it is done:

Step 1:   Select 'Sign in with Intuit'

After pressing this button, what you see next will depend on whether:

  • you are already logged into QuickBooks in your browser

  • you have already granted A2X Limited access to your basic QuickBooks details.

If you have previously completed the above steps (logged into QuickBooks and granted A2X Limited access) you will not be required to complete them again and within a few seconds, you will be signed in to A2X. It is very quick and easy.

You will be able to see how you logged in by checking for the Intuit symbol in the top right-hand corner of A2X.

Step 2 - Intuit Sign In

If you are not currently logged in to QuickBooks, A2X will navigate you to the Intuit website where you will be required to complete your QuickBooks login.

Step 3 - Granting Access to basic QuickBooks Details

If you haven't previously granted A2X limited access to your basic QuickBooks details, the next page you will see is a QuickBooks screen requesting you to do just that by clicking the 'Authorize' button':

When you have completed this step you will be sent back to A2X where you will now be logged in.

Step 4 - Logging Out of A2X

When you need to log out from A2X, you can simply use the logout menu item found by clicking the blue bar menu in the top right corner.
